Grainne and Amanda are looking for ladies to take a sponsor card “ to run, walk or crawl the Women’s VHI Mini Marathon to raise money for the Fettercairn Youth Horse Project.
A Traveller Horse Welfare Workshop, a joint initiative of the Fettercairn Youth Horse Project and the Tallaght Traveller Community Development Programme, was held on the 25th April 2017 at the stables in Fettercairn. The initiative, which was funded by the St Stephen’s Green Trust, was very successful.

We held our annual Fettercairn show jumping competition this year on the 18th of September. The day started well with all having a particular job assigned to them; staff members Shane and Eyleen built the course for the competitors and Aoife took care of the entries.

The contribution made by the Deloitte Impact Day in the Fettercairn Youth Horse Project was impressive.
The Fettercairn Equine Idols, the Foróige Youth Club which is part of the Fettercairn Youth Horse Project, was awarded a Foróige Youth Citizenship Certificate of Participation on the 2nd July 2016 in the City West Hotel and Conference Centre.
